First I thought just relhay.shank and luffy have haki but now I'm seeing everyone using it wth

So this is the break down
Everyone in the new world typically to some extent can use one of the two basic hakis some two. Armament and Observation but Only the bad of the bad have conquerors haki. Mostly high ranking members of the top crews. and some people have trained and the ability to use haki that is an advanced variation of the ones they have aand . The truly badass have all 3 advanced variations
